*Angel Sessions are only available in person with a live Coach. Angel exercise routines and activities may vary dependent on the energy and Coaches discretion. Angel Sessions do have a preferred order of events however, exercises are not required to be in a particular order. Note that not all sessions include each exercise, and sessions may take on a unique design, tempo and/or structure. However, each routine is designed to be slow paced, relaxed movements and typically conducted in a 15–20 minutes time window.​​
