MAKE UP DAY NOTICE: In order to meet timely fitness goals and maintain a consistent workout schedule, participant should workout 3-5 days per week. However, if you are unable to make a full session or you miss a workout due to circumstances these Make Up Days are intended to help you get back on track and prevent relapse. It is advised to only use this segment when needed or to add to a Workout.
