The Empowered Sessions Program Overview
Empowered Sessions is a Health and Fitness Community for individuals 18 years and older who are in fair to excellent health and wanting to sustain and/or enhance their fitness. Those whose health is in less than fair condition may need to take additional precautions before and/or during their participation in activities with Empowered Sessions. It is advised that all participants always follow the guidance of medical professionals before, after and during activities at Empowered Sessions.
The Empowered Sessions is a wellness and fitness initiative designed to support members in sustaining energy, maintaining physical fitness, and establishing a consistent, healthy routine through regular movement and activity. The program emphasizes the integration of Mind, Body, and Spirit, encouraging participants to adopt a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.
Each session is adaptable to the individual needs and goals of the participant. Whether the objective is to build energy, increase muscle strength, or enhance overall well-being, The Empowered Sessions promote active engagement to help members achieve personal health milestones. Participants—referred to as The Empowered—are encouraged to pursue fitness and wellness not only for personal benefit but also to serve as a source of inspiration to others.
The Empowered Sessions can complement existing health and fitness routines—whether guided by a coach or trainer—or serve as a standalone program. The core mission is to keep members moving in ways that align with their physical and energetic needs. Whether you're following a "2-A-Day" regimen with friends, participating in group classes, or engaging in solo workouts, The Empowered Sessions are designed to support and enhance your fitness journey.
Below, you'll find The Empowered Standards and Guidelines, which outline best practices to ensure a safe, effective, and fulfilling experience. Adherence to these standards is required for all participants to maintain a secure environment and uphold the principles of The Empowered community.

All activities within The Empowered Sessions are voluntary and conducted at the participant’s own risk. The Empowered is not liable for any injuries or incidents that may occur during participation. While the program is intended to empower individuals to build strength and vitality, participants are encouraged to use their own judgment and consult with qualified healthcare professionals—including physicians, physical therapists, or other medical advisors—before engaging in any fitness or wellness activities.
Your Progress with The Empowered
Your health and fitness progress depends on your commitment to becoming a stronger, more powerful version of yourself. While many participants report feeling more energized within 30 days, visible physical changes may vary based on individual body types, lifestyles, and other personal factors.
The Empowered Program is designed to guide members through a 30 to 90-day journey focused on increased activity and sustained energy. We may provide recommended diet plans and workouts tailored to individual needs, goals, and fitness levels.
After completing the 90-day program, members are encouraged to continue with a routine that fits their lifestyle—whether that means repeating the program, advancing to a new level, or exploring other fitness options. Our goal is to support lasting empowerment by helping each person stay active, energized, and committed to their wellness journey.
Spiritual Fitness: Empowered Sessions with Sabbath Dais has a Spiritual Fitness affiliation with our Spiritual service at Sabbath Dais, Healing and Sacred Guidance. We recommend this service at all times. Along with Prayer, Meditations and Spiritual Growth these activities can be done on a constant basis. We recommend always participating in one or more Spiritual activities as it is an integral part of our Health and Fitness services.
The Energized Membership:
The Empowered Energized Membership plan grants participants access to exclusive community features and communication tools.

Members are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

Be considerate and respectful of others.

Be decent and respectful to yourself.

Use messages and content to uplift the community.
There should be no nudity, excessive profanity, or indecent behavior using the chat space or any of Empowered Session's services. The "Chat Space" and "Community Posts" are not regularly monitored, so members are encouraged to report violations immediately using the 'Contact Us' feature. The Empowered will take action to address and prevent violations.
When using the Chat Space and Energized features, consider the following:

Do not share personal information or private details in the Chat Space or with the public Community.

Do not accept or share health and fitness advice that may be harmful or contradict medical advice.
The Empowered reserves the right to discontinue memberships for any reason with or without warning. Participants will have memberships revoked for any violations of the Standards and Guidelines. If a membership is revoked, all payments will cease on the specified account within 24 hours of discontinuation.
The Empowered Health & Safety Guidelines
The following standards are provided to ensure the safety, well-being, and effectiveness of all participants in The Empowered Program. Please review and follow these guidelines carefully before, during, and after participating in any health and fitness activities.

Sessions Overview:
Empowered Sessions with Sabbath Dais sessions are workouts designed to allow participants to just get going with their health and fitness journey. Simple exercises and workouts in-hand so there is no guessing what routine to do or when the session will end. Each weekly routine is made to condition the body, build strength, support agility, endurance and increase confidence in mental and physical ability. Workout routines are designed to be balanced, targeting various muscle groups for full body workout while also allowing for rest and avoiding injury. The muscle group focus alternates or varies from day to day with each session planned in alignment with a weekly goal for balanced fitness and overall progress. Each session is built to assist participant in reaching their peak performance and while engaging in sustainable fitness routine.
TIME BREAKDOWN (APPROXIMATE SESSION TIME-FRAME FOR INITIAL SESSIONS):
JUMPSTART: 30 - 40 MINUTE WORKOUTS SESSIONS
EMPOWERED MODE: 30 - 45 MINUTE SESSIONS
POWERED UP MODE: 30 - 45 MINUTE SESSIONS
SUPER HUMAN: 30 - 45 MINUTE SESSIONS
MAKE-UP DAY: 20 - 40 MINUTE SESSIONS
SESSION TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDENT ON SPECIFIC GOALS AND NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT.
SESSION SUPPORT - OPTIMIZE YOUR SESSIONS WITH A FITNESS COACH:
Participants may find optimal results in working with a Fitness Coach. The assistance of a Fitness Coach can provide expertise on breathing, form and knowledge of workouts. Coaches may assist individuals with their specific needs and provide recommendations on alternative exercises and answer questions based on an individual's goals and schedule.
There are some exercises that recommend the use of weights or equipment, a Coach can help participants gage their physical ability in choosing weights and properly utilizing weights and equipment. Fitness Coaches are also great for helping those on their fitness journey, maintain accountability for reaching success.
If individuals have specific questions on proper form, breathing, next steps to reaching their goals or would like health and fitness recommendations from someone knowledgeable in workouts, fitness or athletics, having a Fitness Coach along with your workouts may be the answer.
