Points may be found and collected from workout pages, challenges, coaching sessions, posted at affiliated services and other health and fitness events, trails or placements.

Coaches from Empowered Sessions and affiliated services may gift or reward points to clients, friends and guests, if available.

75% of points will expire every 3 months, and 100% of points expire the end of each calendar year.

Number and availability of points may vary based on the activity. Points may only be available to collect in a specified timeframe.
